Femiga - Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At FEMIGA, we take pride in crafting bags that are not only beautiful, but built to empower. Each piece is meticulously made to meet high standards of design, quality, and finish. However, if for any reason your purchase doesn't meet expectations, we’re here to make it right seamlessly and stylishly.

Returns & Refunds

We offer hassle-free returns on all eligible purchases within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, with original tags and protective packaging intact.

  • Must be returned in the original box, along with any included dust bags or inserts.

  • Return request must be placed within 7 days of receiving the item.

Not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased during sale or promotional periods (marked as Final Sale).

  • Damaged or used items (including scratches, stains, or signs of wear).

  • Custom or limited-edition designs.

Refund method:

  • Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Want a different color or style? We’re happy to help!

  • Exchanges are accepted only for the same product value or higher and must be requested within 7 days of delivery. In case the product is of higher value then the difference amount has to be paid online. 

  • Products must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.

  • If the desired product is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund.

Return Pickup & Charges

  • We offer free reverse pickup from most pin codes.

  • In rare cases where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship. We will reimburse up to ₹100 for self-shipping upon providing a valid courier receipt.

  • Returns will be picked up from the same location from where the original order was placed, in case you decide to change the pick up address, you will have pay the shipping cose upto Rs 300 based on the location.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit the "My Orders" section on www.femiga.in

  2. Select the order you'd like to return or exchange.

  3. Follow the on-screen steps and submit your request.

  4. Share an email with the photos of the product, including the tags and packaging to support@femigabags.com

  5. Our customer care team will confirm your request within 24–48 hours.
